Privacy statement

The Kamphuisen Group of companies – established Keijenbergseweg 21 6705 BM Wageningen, is responsible for the processing of personal data as shown in this Privacy Statement.

 

1. Kamphuisen Group does not process your personal data as no personal data can left behind on our site.  We also do not use social media plugins.

2. Our website and / or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors, especially for those younger than 16 years - even if they have permission from their parents or guardians. However, we cannot check if a visitor is older than 16. We encourage parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. If you are convinced that we have collected personal information about a minor without this consent, please contact us via info@kamphuisen.nl and we will delete the information.

3. Kamphuisen Group processes your personal data only upon your request left behind in the contact form for information or reply by e-mail or telephone – and only to carry out our services.

4. Kamphuisen Group does not take any decisions on matters which can affect persons, and which are generated by automated processing operations (These are decisions taken by computer programs or systems)

5. Kamphuisen Group does not store your personal data longer as strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is provided. If you have left your contact details on our website, the data will be destroyed within 14 days at the latest.

6. Kamphuisen Group only provides information to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you - or to comply with a legal obligation.

7. Kamphuisen Group does not use cookies or similar techniques.

8. You have the right to review, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Kamphuisen Group and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal information we have in your computer file to you or another organization mentioned by you. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to info@kamphuisen.nl. To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within four weeks, at your request.
